- Jack K. Lance, Founder Valutec Card Solutions and FiNet
Jack is the founder of Valutec Card Solutions, a leading provider of electronic/plastic gift cards to 26,000 merchant locations throughout the US. Prior to Valutec, Jack spent 20+ years in sales management and creating third party distribution channels in the Visa/MasterCard payment industry.
Since 2005, Jack has spent a great deal of his time searching for God’s direction for the second half of his life. Jack and his 19 year old son Tyler traveled to Africa this summer to assist in that search for direction. Although his travels included South Africa and Kenya, his heart was taken by the people of Malawi and now plans on spending April 07, building 3 houses for the less fortunate while also pursuing a project with Opportunity International.
- Tommy Scott, Founder and President, Anchor Electric
Tommy Scott is the founder and president of Anchor Electric, Inc. He is currently working with Haven Foundation, a non-profit organization involved in sending humanitarian aid to poor countries around the world. He ships sea-land containers from his Anchor Electric warehouse in Nashville, TN.
Joe is a 20-year health-care industry executive with experience in managed care, hospital software systems and outsourced medical transcription management. Over the past 15 years, he has been involved in three start-up transcription ventures. The first grew into a successful enterprise and was sold to MedQuist in 1997. The second - TransHealth - was launched in April 1999.
Harold is a 20 year veteran of the health care and financial services industries. He is currently the CFO and COO of Capital Financial Group, a life insurance based financial planning firm. Harold also serves at the CFO of its sister company, Capital Benefits Group, which designs, implements and services employer sponsored benefit programs. He founded Pathology Partners, a physician practice management company in 1996. The company was backed by a consortium of venture capitalists in 1998 and sold to a strategic buyer in 2005. Harold earned his accounting degree from Oklahoma State University in 1988 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1996. His passion is to create, sustain and exponentiate world-changing ministry enterprises.
- J. Alan Jensen, Founder & President, HomeLift
Alan is founder and President of HomeLift, an elevator contracting business specializing in residential elevators and accessibility equipment. He has enjoyed 20 years in the elevator business and has been very involved in NAEC, the National Association of Elevator Contractors, specifically developing the Accessibility and Residential segment of the association and forming a distinct group of contractors called PGA (Peer Group Affiliates).
At a Halftime Summit in Nashville, Alan realized his "sweet spot" is challenging men and women to re-ignite a passion for Christ, through fellowship and adventure, while encouraging them to use their gifts and talents for HIM. Alan and his wife Kim enjoy facilitating groups to better understand their purpose by "discover Inga their game plan" or identifying a personal mission statement.
Their family resides on a farm in Franklin, TN and they enjoy hosting groups in outdoor adventures like horseback riding, ropes course, fishing, scout camp-outs, and hay rides at Triple Creek Ranch, LLC.
- Jim LaBrec, ChFC, CLU, CSA
Jim has spent 45 years in the financial services industry. Founder of InsureVest Corporation, he has degrees in Economics (BA), Financial Counseling (ChFC), and is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He also has a Series 7 Securities license with The Strategic Financial Advisors (SFA). Jim works primarily with the management of retirement assets and the coaching of achieving personal and business financial goals (Real World Solutions) and family estate and tax planning objectives (Financial Whispering).
Recently Jim founded The Giving Alliance, Inc. (TGAF). This 501(c)(3) corporation's primary purpose is to educate and assist in the formation of Donor Advised Funds (DAF). This would help establish a charitable program that would be both tax efficient and diversified for individuals and families with their religious and social giving objectives.
